• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any cashback rates, broker information, or other data displayed on the platform.
• Rebatengine is not responsible for the actions, products, services, or content of any third-party broker, including ATFX, linked to or from our platform.
• Past cashback earnings are not indicative of future rebate amounts. Trading volumes and broker commission structures may change.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Rebatengine AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total cashback amount credited to your account in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebatengine and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Either party may terminate the user's account and access to Rebatengine services as follows:

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.
